Shipping, returns and payment methods
OTTAVIANO ships its products to Italy, Europe, and worldwide via selected couriers to ensure fast and secure delivery.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country; shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Italy (including islands):
free shipping on orders over €150, standard shipping fee € 6. Delivery time 1-3 business days.
Europe (EU):
Standard shipping fee € 25. Delivery time 3-5 business days.
International Shipping (Non-EU):
Standard shipping fee € 30. Delivery time 5-10 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday; dispatch takes place on the business day following payment confirmation.
Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and instructions to monitor its progress.
Any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

Return conditions
Items must be returned intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, complete with original tags and packaging, free from signs of wear, perfume, or damage.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified or in case of special promotions.
Refunds
Once the return is received and verified, we will issue a refund using the same payment method selected during purchase.
